Junior Egyptologist

Julian's class has been learning about ancient Egypt, and today they had a museum tour in their classroom. Julian told us everything he knows about mummies, pyramids, Egyptian gods, hieroglyphs, and the Nile, which is a lot. E.g. "Narmer was the first pharaoh and he united upper and lower Egypt but Upper Egypt is on the bottom and Lower Egypt is on the top, and Hatshepsut was married to a pharaoh but he died so she was the first woman pharaoh," and so on, including a detailed and accurate account of the mummification process. Here he is in his Egyptian costume, including the shirt that Grandma Jean brought him from Egypt a few years ago, showing off the mummy case and pyramids they made.
